Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Your yoga classes with Fern Ross Yoga will be subject to these terms and conditions. By purchasing a drop-in class, private session, class pack or monthly membership you acknowledge that you have read and understood and agree with all of the below.

LIABILITY STATEMENT

Before joining any class offered by Fern Ross Yoga, be it in person, online or via video, please make sure you are fit and well and that the content of the class is suitable for you.

Should you have any health concerns, or are pregnant, it is your responsibility to consult a doctor to confirm that you are in good health to practice yoga and any other physical activities that you may choose to take part in.

All yoga classes require a high level of responsibility and self-awareness in order to avoid injury to yourself and others, please note that by partaking in any live or online class with Fern Ross Yoga that you assume full and sole responsibility for your own body and safety.

It is your full responsibility to determine, through obtaining appropriate medical advice (your physician or other qualified Healthcare Provider) prior to attending the class, if it is safe for you to join, and the class style, level and all movements experienced during the class are appropriate for your own body, health and wellbeing.

You are responsible for your own safety and for the safety of anyone in your home. Fern Ross Yoga will not take any responsibility for any injury or damage to any persons or belongings in your home, or any persons joining class who has not read, acknowledged and signed this liability waiver.

It is your sole responsibility to determine if any suggested and instructed poses or adjustments and ‘props’ (equipment used during your class) are appropriate for your level of ability, as well as physical and mental condition.

You expressly waive and release any claim that you may have at any time for injury of any kind against the Fern Ross Yoga, or any person or entity involved with Fern Ross Yoga including without limitation, any persons in collaboration with Fern Ross Yoga for health, fitness and wellness instruction.

You assume all risk of injury by participating in these classes. Please do not join in Fern Ross Yoga online classes if you are not willing to accept this responsibility. There is absolutely no guarantee that you will not suffer injury from participation in any physical activity as shown on Fern Ross Yoga’s in person or online classes, nor is it guaranteed that your fitness, health or wellbeing will improve as a result of participation in the classes. Always seek the advice of your GP or other qualified Healthcare Provider for answers to any questions you may have regarding a medical or health related condition. Never disregard medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have seen, read or heard on Fern Ross Yoga online.

STATUTORY RIGHTS + REFUNDS

Once payment has been taken, all classes are non refundable. In certain cases your payment will be considered to be transferred to another class or to another person. You will only be given access to class on completion of this form and once payment of class has been received.

You do not have the right to share links to any classes or recordings offered by Fern Ross Yoga to any persons without written permission from Fern Ross Yoga or anyone under her employ.

CLASSES + EVENTS CANCELLATION POLICY

Group classes A 12-hour cancellation policy applies: if you cancel within 12 hours of your class and you've paid using our drop-in option or by class credits, you won't be refunded.

Private classes A 24-hour cancellation policy applies: if you cancel within 24 hours of your class, you won't be refunded.

Workshops + Events A 48-hour cancellation policy applies: if you cancel within 48 hours of your event, you won't be refunded.

Drop-in/Studio Class Attendance Policy:

Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before the start of class. Latecomers will not be admitted.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Billing + Renewal

Your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless cancelled. You consent to our sharing your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel the applicable order. The length of your billing cycle is monthly. 

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. If you have any questions or are unsatisfied with our services, please email us at info@fernrossyoga.co.uk

Fee Changes

We may, from time to time, make changes to the subscription fee and will communicate any price changes to you in accordance with applicable law.

Weekly Online Class

Your yoga class is instructed via a live streaming third party. You have the choice to turn on/off your camera. If your camera is turned on, all participants joining the class will have the ability to view yourself and any other persons in your home.

Please be assured that any information you share with me will be kept in the strictest confidence and not passed on to any third parties. I do not register, record or share any personal data. Please see the Privacy Policy below for full information.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
