Join Fern Ross for a nourishing and joyful weekend yoga retreat at the beautiful Old Kilmun House on the West Coast of Scotland.

During this transformative Scottish yoga retreat weekend myself and my team will share the yoga practices we hold dear: vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, yoga nidra, meditation, chanting, sound healing and more.

Prepare to explore and deepen your yoga practice in the beautiful Scottish wilderness, in a supportive and nurturing environment, where there will be ample time to rest, recharge and reconnect to yourself.

Old Kilmun House itself is a Grade A-listed home situated within the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park, an area renowned for its outstanding natural beauty. Our yoga retreat venue has waterside views over Holy Loch and is surrounded by incredible walks, most notably Pucks Glen, Kilmun Arboretum and Benmore Botanic Gardens, all of which are accessible by foot.

The house itself has been lovingly restored to the highest standard and is luxurious yet comfortable. There’s also an on-site hot tub and sauna, an incredible yoga yurt featuring a wood-burning stove, and a dedicated games room.

Three delicious and nutritious meals and snacks will be provided daily by our talented local chef Ian, plus unlimited teas, coffees and fruit.

The range of luxurious accommodation consists of beautiful double, twin and triple rooms for couples, friends and those arriving solo. 

Our incredible yoga retreat venue is a 2.5-3 hour drive from Edinburgh and a 20-minute ferry ride across the loch. You can read more about how to get to Old Kilmun House here.

What’s included

  • 2 nights accommodation at our beautiful venue on the banks of Holy Loch, on Scotland’s West Coast

  • 3 delicious vegetarian and vegan meals per day, plus unlimited teas, coffees and snacks, all lovingly prepared by our local chef (please let me know of any dietary requirements and we will do our best to accommodate them)

  • 3 days of nourishing and joyful yoga practices

  • Daily informal sessions with Fern to ask any yoga-related questions, get help with poses and breathwork, and receive tailored support to help deepen your practice

  • As much or as little yoga as suits you - the yoga practices are designed to accommodate all levels

  • Access to the house’s beautiful grounds, hot tub, sauna and surrounding Scottish countryside: Benmore Botanic Gardens, Holy Loch and the beautiful Puck’s Glen are nearby, to name a few!

Prices start at £450pp. A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required to secure your space.

Triple Rooms: £450pp

Twin Rooms: £500pp

Double Rooms: £550pp / £650 single occupancy

4pm: arrivals, tea and snacks

6pm: welcome circle + flow to restore yoga

7.30pm: dinner

Saturday

7.30am: pre-yoga snack, teas, coffee

8am-9.30am: meditation, pranayama + vinyasa yoga

9.30am: breakfast

Free time: optional walk to nearby Puck’s Glen

1.30pm: lunch

Free time: read, explore Benmore Botanic Gardens and the local area, chill in the hot tub or sauna, whatever you need; optional meditation workshop

5pm: yin yoga and sound bath

7.30pm: dinner

Sunday

7.30am: pre-yoga snack, teas, coffee

8am: meditation, pranayama + vinyasa yoga

9.30am: brunch + free time

11am: yoga nidra + closing circle
