Mum + Baby Yoga Brunch
Friday 12 July, 11.30am-1pm at the Lifecare Centre in Stockbridge.
Community is at the heart of my pre- and postnatal yoga classes, so I’m delighted to announce I’m running a series of mum + baby yoga brunches in Edinburgh.
We’ll begin by moving through a nourishing postnatal yoga practice that strengthens your deep core, pelvic floor, glutes and hips, and unravels tension in the shoulders and spine.
We’ll also explore breathing practices that facilitate your recovery and help calm the mind, as well as weave in some songs and movement for baby.
Once we’ve moved, we eat, drink and connect! Brunch will be a delicious, homemade picnic-style spread, refuelling you for the rest of your day.

This class is suitable from 6-12 weeks postpartum, depending on your birth and upon clearance from your healthcare provider. Babies are welcome from 6 weeks until they start to walk!
No previous yoga experience is necessary, and you are free to feed, soothe and change your baby throughout the class. Please bring a yoga mat for yourself, plus a blanket and toys for your baby to lie on and play with during class.
