About Fern
Hi, I’m Fern, an Edinburgh-based E-RYT yoga teacher, journalist and mum-of-two. I’ve been practising yoga since 2007, and teaching since 2015, and I’m passionate about anatomy and physiology, mental health and women’s health. My classes fuse modern movement science with the ancient wisdom of yoga, and it’s my mission to offer you nourishing and empowering classes that support your own path of self-enquiry, encouraging you to meet yourself where you are at physically and mentally. I firmly believe there is a style of yoga to support us whatever season of life we’re in, and have seen my own personal practice take many twists and turns. As a mum of two and a small business owner, I know how hard it can be to make it to the studio. Our growing online yoga library has 60+ classes varying in length and style, so you can practice at a time that suits you.
